The Flea Theater and Alliance Francaise present the reading, which is for 8 PM. Jim Simpson will direct the performance at Florence Gould Hall. Turner (The Graduate) and Neuwirth (Chicago) will lead a cast that also includes Annie Parisse (Prelude to a Kiss, "Law & Order"), Gerry Bamman (Nixon's Nixon), Maria Dizzia and Mark Zeisler (eurydice), James Waterston (As You Like It), Ron Fabor and Jacqueline Chambord. The Bats, Flea's resident acting company, will also appear.

A press notice described The Vultures as such: "A father's heart attack, a fortune suddenly up for grabs, and an otherwise peaceful family left to fight like animals for the spoils."

The reading is part of the Alliance Francaise annual "Crossing the Line" festival — featuring works of "theatre, dance, music, visual arts and film by leading French and American artists."

Reservations for Vultures at Florence Gould Hall, 55 East 59th Street, can be made by calling (646) 388-6681.
