News TUTS Camelot to Feature Robert Petkoff, Tony Sheldon and Margaret Loesser Robinson Robert Petkoff, Margaret Loesser Robinson and Sean MacLaughlin complete the royal love triangle of Lerner and Loewe's Camelot, which will begin performances Jan. 22, 2013, at Houston's Theatre Under The Stars. Tony Award nominee Tony Sheldon will also appear.

Robert Petkoff

Richard Stafford will direct and choreograph the Tony Award-winning 1960 musical that has book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. Camelot boasts such classics as "If Ever I Would Leave You," "Camelot," "Before I Gaze at You Again" and "I Loved You Once In Silence." Performances run through Feb. 3, 2013. 

Petkoff (Fiddler on the Roof) will portray King Arthur, with Robinson (Man and Superman) as Guenevere and MacLaughlin (Phantom of the Opera) as Lancelot. Sheldon (Priscilla Queen of the Desert) will play Pellinore.

The cast will also feature Charles Krohn as Merlin, Adam Shonkwiler as Mordred and Scott Fonseka and Ashton Lambert, alternating in the role of Tom of Warwick.

The ensemble is completed by Michael Andrako, Blaire Baker, Karolina Blonski, Mark Donaldson, Preston Ellis, Sean Ewing, Rob Flebbe, David Grant, Laura Elizabeth Henning, Julia Krohn, Alexander Levin, Leisa Mather, Molly Mustonen, Natalie Newman, Patricia Noonan, Ian Parmenter, Jonathan Stahl and Shannon Lea Smith.

Eddy Robinson will serve as the musical director and conductor. The creative team also includes sound designer Kit Bond and lighting designer Richard Winkler.
