The Associated Press reports that Harold is in critical condition and is awaiting further tests at USC Medical Center. Harold's publicist told AP that Harold fractured his shoulder during the accident. No one else was injured in the crash.

Marc Cherry, creator and executive producer of "Housewives," also said that Harold has swelling on the brain. "We're hearing he's going to be fine, but he's going to be recovering for a couple of weeks," Cherry told AP.

Harold gained national fame on the Showtime series "Queer as Folk."
