News TV's Horshack, Ron Paolillo, Pens New Play The Lost Boy; Debuts Oct. 28 The Helen Hayes Theatre Company in Nyack, NY, will present the world premiere of The Lost Boy, a new play by Ronald Gabriel Paolillo, who starred as Horshack on TV's "Welcome Back Kotter."

Directed by Kimberly Vaughn, The Lost Boy — about the late writer James M. Barrie — will play the Nyack theatre Oct. 28-Nov. 6. The cast comprises Jeff Berg, Patrick Boll, R. Bruce Connelly, Joseph Lee Gramm, Eva Kaminsky, Karen Walsh and Roberta Maxwell. The Lost Boy, according to production notes, is "the account of the creative forces that drove James M. Barrie to create his many beloved characters, including Peter Pan. Haunted by the early death of his older brother and ignored by his distant mother, Barrie creates a world in which a boy never grows up and therefore never dies."

The creative team features Dana Kenn (set design), Jennifer Caprio (costume design), Rich Latta (lighting design), Tim Brady (sound design) and Marty Kopulsky (hair and wig design).
