Two More New York Fringe Festival Shows Add Performances

News   Two More New York Fringe Festival Shows Add Performances
Two more New York International Fringe Festival shows, facing sold-out runs, have added extra performances.

The lucky productions are Pinafore!, the gay version of the classic Gilbert and Sullivan operetta, and Cats Talk Back, a mock theatre talk-back featuring five former cast members of Andrew Lloyd Webber's longest-running show in Broadway history, Cats. The new Pinafore! show will be on Aug. 16 at 10:15 PM, at Wings Theater. The Cats Talks Back additions are on Aug. 16 at 10:15 PM, Aug. 20 at 11:30 PM and Aug. 22 at 3 PM, all at the Kraine Theatre.

The two shows follow in the footsteps of Slut!, the first Fringe show to sell out and then add performances. That musical is expected to tack on further dates before the Fringe ends on Aug. 24.

Tickets are available at or (212) 279-4488.
