Dallas' Kitchen Dog Theatre is accepting submissions to its annual New Works Festival, now through Feb. 15, 1999.

Kitchen Dog mounts numerous staged readings and one fully produced production each year as part of the fest, committed to developing the work of local and regional playwrights.
