Scheduled to perform are Tony winner Tyne Daly, Peter Scolari, Mary Testa, Seth Rudetsky, Tyler Maynard, Lisa McCormick and James Ludwig.
Governor Thomas H. Kean will also present the Kean Award for Arts Advocacy to philanthropist Betty Wold Johnson.
The evening will begin at 5 PM with cocktails and a silent auction followed by dinner and remarks at 6:30 PM and the 7:30 PM cabaret performance.
