News Urie, Scheie, Carr and Bartow to Read Restoration Comedy for Red Bull The Red Bull Theater Company's Revelation Readings series will kick off its new season Sept. 15 with a starry reading of Restoration Comedy.

As previously reported, "Ugly Betty" star Michael Urie will appear in the New York premiere of Amy Freed's Restoration Comedy, which will be directed by Red Bull artistic director Jesse Berger.

The 7 PM performance will also feature the talents of Danny Scheie (You, Nero), Caralyn Kozolowski, Jeff Biehl (Shipwrecked), Jane Carr (Mary Poppins), Gregory Woodell (Country Wife), Bhama Roget (References to Salvador Dali), Paul Mullins (Paradise Park) and Arthur Bartow (Edward the Second).

Red Bull describes Restoration Comedy as "a hilarious fusion of Vanbrugh's classic sex-farce The Relapse and its wild prequel Cibber's Love's Last Shift."

The 7 PM benefit reading will be preceded by a cocktail reception with the actors.

Playwright Amy Freed has also penned The Beard of Avon, Freedomland, The Psychic Lives of Savages, Safe in Hell and You, Nero. The Red Bull Theater Company's Revelation Readings will be held at the Theater at St. Clement's, located at 423 West 46th Street in Manhattan.
