Legendary actress Uta Hagen will take her off-Broadway hit Mrs. Klein on a U.S. national tour to San Francisco, Washington DC, Boston, Connecticut and Detroit after the show closes in New York June 29.
Hagen, a major acting teacher as well as an actress herself, stars in Nicholas Wright's play with Amy Wright and Laila Robins. The drama will have run 21 previews and 280 regular performances in New York. Hagen's performance in the play won top acting awards this spring from the Drama League of New York, the Lucille Lortel Award and the Obie Award for Sustained Achievement in Theatre.

Stamford Center for the Performing Arts, Stamford, CT: Opens Oct. 22
