The June 2 at 8 PM performance of the Tony-nominated Vanya and Sonia at the John Golden Theatre, the June 16 at 8 PM performance of the Tony-winning Book of Mormon at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre and the Aug. 11 at 3 PM performance of the international hit The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre will benefit the charitable organization.

Actors Fund Special Performances, according to the Fund, "have been thrilling audiences for more than 80 years with an electric energy unlike any other night of theatre! What makes a Special Performance so 'special'? Each year, Broadway companies, in New York and on the road, generously give their time and talent by adding a performance to already rigorous schedules to benefit The Actors Fund."

John Golden Theatre is located at 252 West 45th Street; Eugene O'Neill Theatre is located at 230 West 49th Street, and the Minskoff Theatre is located at 200 West 45th Street.
