News Volleygirls and Mamma Mia!'s Allison Strong Will Release Dual-Language Album Allison Strong, who was last seen on Broadway in Mamma Mia! and starred in the NYMF production of Volleygirls, will release her debut, dual-language album "March Towards the Sun" Aug. 31.

The follow-up to her EP "Rewind," the 12-track record is described as an eclectic fusion of Latin, country-folk and piano rock. "March Towards the Sun" will be available on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play and Spotify.

In celebration of its release, Strong will play The Cabaret at Bergen PAC in Englewood, NJ, Aug. 31 at 7 PM. The free evening will feature musical direction by Juan R. Wust and accompaniment by Wust, Gustavo Shartz and Willy Torres.

Strong made her Broadway debut in the 2009 Roundabout Theatre Company revival of Bye Bye Birdie, playing the role of Helen. She has played solo sets at New York City's Rockwood Music Hall, among others.
