CHICAGO--Warhawks and Lindberghs, a new work from the venturesome Shattered Globe Theatre, turns a harsh light on an old hero. Developed in workshop by the ensemble and author Jim McDermott, this multi-media production examines the controversial life and philosophy of aviator Charles Lindbergh, with special scrutiny on the complex legend's less than laudatory Nazi sympathies and his outspoken isolationism.
