News Watch Exclusive Clip of Kathy Najimy and Nick Nolte in EPIX Series Graves The series airs Sunday nights.
Stage and screen star Kathy Najimy, who was seen on Broadway in Dirty Blonde and was honored for her activism by the 2016 Lilly Awards, makes a guest appearance on the December 11 broadcast of the TV series Graves, which airs at 10 PM ET on EPIX.

Najimy plays the mother of Isaiah Miller, the role played by Spring Awakening's Skylar Astin. Miller is President Graves’ assistant, who quit in the last episode. The network has provided Playbill.com with an exclusive scene (which can be seen above) from the upcoming broadcast, which features Najimy and Nick Nolte, who plays the President.

Directed by Frank Coraci, the episode is entitled “Through a Glass Gravely” and is described as such: “With Christmas around the corner, Graves travels across state lines to convince Isaiah to come back to his staff. Olivia calls Jeremy for help during an unexpected, life-changing crisis. Margaret sets up her campaign office and discovers that her kooky opponent may be more of a challenge than she’d anticipated. Treadwell visits his mother during his supervised furlough.”

The series also features Sela Ward, Heléne York (Bullets Over Broadway), and Chris Lowell.
