Take a look at Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk’s new musical The Mad Ones—now in performances at 59E59 Theaters Off-Broadway—in the video above. The production from Prospect Theater Company began performances November 8 and is scheduled to continue through December 17.
The Mad Ones, about a young woman’s coming of age, features a cast made up of Krystina Alabado, Emma Hunton, Jay Armstrong Johnson, and Leah Hocking.
Armstrong stepped into the show at the final hour when Ben Fankhauser was put on doctor-imposed vocal rest. Fankhauser is set to return to the production beginning December 5 through the end of the run.
The Mad Ones is choreographed by Alexandra Beller (Bedlam’s Sense and Sensibility), and Paul Staroba is music director.
