Jackman, who has starred in The Boy From Oz, A Steady Rain and Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway, will host the Tony Awards June 8. He will be seen onstage next in The River, which will begin performances on Broadway Oct. 31.
The two men discussed their respective hosting gigs, with Fallon saying, "Now I'm hosting for a living. I liked it so much, I decided to make it my whole career."
They also poked fun at Jackman's cover photo of Men's Health, which Fallon compared to his, saying, "Yours says 'Hugh Jackman: Ripped.' Mine says 'Burn Fat.' Come on!"
Fallon also showed a picture of Jackman lifting weights and poked fun at his thin legs, which led to Jackman revealing his nickname in Australia is "Sticks."
