Presented by Manhattan Theatre Club, Nick Payne's play will be presented in three additional performances Feb. 27, March 6 and March 13. Each of the performances will be given at 10 PM.
Half of the tickets for these three performances will be offered as part of MTC’s 30 Under 30 program, which makes tickets available to all MTC shows for theatregoers age 30 and under for $30. The three added performances of Constellations will mark the first time in the history of MTC’s 30 Under 30 Program that an allotment of tickets of that size are specifically set aside for young theatregoers.
"When Jake Gyllenhaal and Ruth Wilson approached us to discuss ways to give audiences more opportunities to see this remarkable and extremely popular show, the idea of these special performances geared towards our 30 Under 30 members quickly sparked all of our imaginations," MTC executive producer Barry Grove said in a statement. "Embracing the next generation of theatregoers has always been a priority for MTC and when we created 30 Under 30, we were extremely excited by the potential for the program. We're so grateful to Jake, Ruth, the crew, and company of Constellations for making these extra performances possible."
Constellations began performances Dec. 16, 2014, at MTC’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre and will continue through March 15. Michael Longhurst directs.

Wilson comes to Broadway having starred at the Donmar Warehouse in the title role of Anna Christie alongside Jude Law and as Stella in A Streetcar Named Desire, co-starring with Rachel Weisz. She won Oliver Awards for both performances. Her screen credits include "Jane Eyre," "Luther," "The Affair" and "Saving Mr. Banks."
Constellations reunites Gyllenhaal with Payne and Longhurst, who are also making their Broadway debuts with the production. The three previously collaborated on the American premiere of If There Is I Haven't Found It Yet. Read Playbill.com's interview with Gyllenhaal and Payne here.
Constellations opened at the Royal Court's Jerwood Theatre Upstairs before transferring to the West End, where it won the Evening Standard Award for Best Play and received an Olivier Award nomination for Best Play.
Gyllenhaal made his New York stage debut in 2012 starring in If There Is I Haven't Found It Yet. His stage credits also include This is Our Youth in the West End. The Academy Award nominee's film work includes "Brokeback Mountain," "Zodiac," "Love & Other Drugs" and "Donnie Darko."

The creative team for Constellations includes Tom Scutt (scenic and costume design), Lee Curran (lighting design), David McSeveney (sound design) and Lucy Cullingford (movement direction).
