Neil Patrick Harris made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers September 21 and spoke to the host about his recent trip to see Hamilton on Broadway. The actor took his children to see the smash hit musical for the first time.
“I’m a huge Hamilton fan on every level,” he told Meyers. “I’m a fan of Lin-Manuel Miranda as a person, I’m a fan of the original cast, I’m a fan of the current cast, I’m a fan of the fact that he can take musical theatre and hip-hop and combine it in a way that’s not only exciting, but historical.”
Harris went on to say that he plays the cast album frequently at home, and that his children were learning a lot from the show. Watch the interview below:
