News Watch The Book of Mormon Missionaries Sing "Hello!" in "South Park" Style A fan-made video featuring the opening number of the Tony-winning musical The Book of Mormon animated in the style of the hit TV show "South Park" has been posted to YouTube.

Directed and animated by Simon Chong and featuring Mormon missionaries ringing the doorbells of characters in "South Park," the video includes animated versions of Elder Price, Elder Cunningham and their fellow missionaries.

"The animation I've made is in absolutely no way affiliated with either South Park or The Book of Mormon," states copy posted with the video. "It was made out of genuine love for both the TV show and stage musical."

"South Park" creators-writers Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Academy Award and Tony-winning Avenue Q and "Frozen" songwriter Robert Lopez collaborated on the script and score to the musical, which earned Tony Awards for Best Book, Best Score and Best Musical.

Co-directed by Parker and Casey Nicholaw, The Book of Mormon opened to critical acclaim March 24, 2011, at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre. Both earned Tony Awards for their work.
