News Watch Women of Broadway Sing “Not Ready to Make Nice” Post-Election The #UnfilteredWomen of Broadway are using their voices, talents, and platforms to stand up for what they believe in.

On November 11, 2016, at 7:30 AM, the morning after Donald J. Trump was declared President-Elect of the United States of America, ten women of the Broadway community came together in Central Park to express themselves with a performance of the Dixie Chicks song “Not Ready to Make Nice.”

Featuring vocal, musical, and dance performances from Ashley Park, Ariana DeBose, Kathryn Gallagher, Patrice Covington, Jane Jourdan, Elisabeth Evans, Mandie Black, and Chuan Xie, the idea for the video was conceived at Jordan Roth's #MakingMondays.

The video, filmed on iPhones by Caitlin McNaney and Caitlyn Gallip, is being shared alongside the hashtags #UnfilteredWomen and #ARTivism.
