News Wedding Singer's Josefsberg to Step into the "Spotlight" June 5 David Josefsberg, who is featured in the ensemble of the new musical The Wedding Singer, will step into the "Broadway Spotlight" June 5.

Josefsberg will be the latest actor featured in the series, which presents solo concerts with Broadway performers. The singing actor will be joined by writing partner Jeff Gurner for an evening of "off-color original material, musical theatre favorites and even a few pop numbers." Show time is 8 PM.

David Josefsberg has appeared on Broadway in Les Misérables, Grease! and the Actors' Fund presentation of On the 20th Century. His Off-Broadway credits include Altar Boyz, Slut, Cam Jansen and Joys of Sex, and he was seen in the national tours of Tommy, Leader of the Pack, Les Misérables and Grease!

Previous "Broadway Spotlight" concerts have showcased the talents of Spelling Bee's Lisa Howard, Sweeney Todd's Manoel Felciano, Avenue Q's Ann Harada, Barrett Foa and John Tartaglia, Dance of the Vampires' Max von Essen, Les Miz's Lauren Kennedy, Hairspray's Shoshana Bean, Into the Woods' Chad Kimball, Aida's Felicia Finley, Rent's Anthony Rapp, Wicked's Idina Menzel and Funny Girl’s Leslie Kritzer.
