News Weiss, Wood, Balaban, Abraham and More Will Attend Atlantic's Spring Gala Atlantic Theater Company's 25th Anniversary Spring Gala on April 12 will feature appearances and tributes by stars including F. Murray Abraham, Brian d'Arcy James, Duncan Sheik, Mare Winningham, Martha Plimpton and more.

The gala evening at Gotham Hall (1356 Broadway) will begin at 6:30 PM and include cocktails and music, followed by dinner at 7:30 PM and a performance and live auction at 9 PM. Proceeds from the Gala will benefit Atlantic Theater Company Productions and Arts Education Outreach programs including "Atlantic for Kids" children's productions and Atlantic's in-classroom "Students and Educators" series, which serves over 3,000 New York City public school students annually.

Expect appearances by Atlantic Theater Company Ensemble Members and friends including Woody Allen, Jonathan Cake, Bob Balaban, Jesse Eisenberg, Kathryn Erbe, Giancarlo Esposito, Siobhan Fallon, Clark Gregg, Jennifer Grey, Kristen Johnston, Julianne Nicholson, Mary Beth Peil, Michael T. Weiss, Isiah Whitlock, Jr., Mare Winningham and Frank Wood.

Co-founded by David Mamet and William H. Macy, Atlantic Theater Company is the award-winning Off-Broadway theatre "dedicated to producing great plays simply and truthfully utilizing an artistic ensemble."

Since 1985, Atlantic has produced more than 130 plays, including the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening. After receiving its world premiere on Atlantic's main stage, it transferred to Broadway and won eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and is now touring Europe and Asia.
