First produced in 2010 by THeatreMAD, the entertainment industry charity that offers support, help and hope to people living with HIV, AIDS and other long-term chronic illnesses, the event has raised £85,000 in four past sell-out shows.

Among the hosts scheduled to appear are Brian Conley, Jane Macdonald, Robin Windsor, Anita Dobson, Lisa Riley and Harriet Thorpe.

Ten choreographers are putting over100 West End male and female dancers through their paces in a fully costumed burlesque spectacular.

The night will also see the launch of the charity's 2014 calendar, in which 12 photographers have taken "Calendar Girls"-style photos of West End casts from productions including Wicked, Les Miserables, The Mousetrap and Mamma Mia!, who have dared to go bare to support the cause.
