The much anticipated revival of Cats opened at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre July 31, and the stars came out in sleek to chic, just like the some of the felines did in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical adaption of Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, written by that sly old puss himself, T.S. Eliot!

Right after the cheers and standing ovations, the crowd sprinted around the corner to its own Jellicle Ball at the spectacular former-bank-now-party-palace Gotham Hall! It was the beginning of a (ok, forgive the pun!) PURRRR-FECT evening! …#andScene.
