Voting for Division 1, Round 1 of Broadway Brackets 2018 is now complete, and the winners are in! We asked theatre fans to vote for the longest-running musicals they loved best, and here are the results from the initial round of voting.

Broadway's longest-running show, The Phantom of the Opera, won against Fiddler on the Roof with 69% of the votes—Phantom earned 3.03K votes over Fiddler with 1.38K votes.

Fans preferred the Barricade to 42nd Street, with Les Misérables earning 2.51K votes (91%) over 42nd Street's 248 votes (9%). Grease is the word and the show fans prefer compared to Cats. Grease won its match-up with 1.88K votes (68%), compared to Cats' 900 votes (32%). A Chorus Line overwhelmingly beat out Oh! Calcutta! with 98% of the votes—2.79K votes over Oh! Calcutta!'s 46 votes.
