High Fidelity in Concert is held May 19-20 at 9:30 PM and also features Adam Chanler-Berat (Peter and the Starcatcher, Next to Normal, Rent), Mario Cantone (Laugh Whore, Assassins), Ana Gasteyer (Wicked, Threepenny Opera), Mitchell Jarvis (Rock of Ages), Van Hughes (American Idiot), Allison Case (Hands on a Hardbody) and The Indigo Girls (May 19 only).

For two nights only, according to 54 Below, "the Broadway show that lives in the hearts and minds of those fortunate enough to have seen it makes a triumphant return to the theatre district. Join show creators Tom Kitt and Amanda Green and a cast that includes original cast members Will Chase and Jenn Colella, along with new additions Adam Chanler Berat, Mario Cantone, Ana Gasteyer, Mitch Jarvis, Van Hughes, Allison Case, and The Indigo Girls (yes, The Indigo Girls – who will be in the cast on Sunday the 19 only) when 54 Below proudly presents a special concert version of this much loved musical."

The concert is directed by Leigh Silverman.

Playwright David Lindsay-Abaire (Rabbit Hole) penned the book of High Fidelity, which follows the story of record-store owner Rob (and constant Top 5 listmaker) who — when things in his current relationship go sour — revisits his former relationships to find out where he went wrong. Colella played the recently estranged girlfriend Laura to Chase's Rob.

The original Broadway production began previews Nov. 20, 2006, at the Imperial Theatre and opened Dec. 7. The musical closed Dec. 17 having only played 18 previews and 14 regular performances. Walter Bobbie directed with choreography by Christopher Gattelli.

There is a $30–$40 cover charge plus a $25 food/beverage minimum. For more information and tickets, visit 54Below.com.
