News Will Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway Reunite on "Glee"? Stage and screen stars Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway, who played grandmother and granddaughter, respectively, in "The Princess Dairies" films, may appear together in the hit Fox musical series "Glee" in 2011, according to the UK Daily Express.

Academy Award winner Andrews would play the grandmother of gay student Kurt Hummel, played by Emmy Award nominee Chris Colfer. The Express reports that Academy Award nominee Hathaway has been offered the role of Kurt's aunt.

Andrews received Tony Award nominations for her classic performances as Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, Guenevere in Camelot and the title role in Victor/Victoria. She received an Academy Award nomination for the film that inspired the latter stage musical, as well as an Oscar nomination for "The Sound of Music" and the award for "Mary Poppins."

Hathaway, an Academy Award nominee for "Rachel Getting Married," appeared in the Public Theater production of Twelfth Night and the City Center Encores! concert of Carnival! In addition to "The Princess Diaries," other film credits include "Love and Other Drugs," "Alice in Wonderland," "Becoming Jane," "The Devil Wears Prada," "Brokeback Mountain" and "Ella Enchanted." She will  co-host the 2011 Academy Awards.

"Glee" is currently on hiatus and will air new episodes beginning Feb. 6 on Fox.
