GERONA, SPAIN--The Castillo de Perelada Festival, which turns 12 this year, will present a variety of shows, classic as well as modern, this summer. It will take place July 18- 22 in the gardens of the Perelada Castle, located in the province of Gerona, Catalunya. This festival, which has become one of the most well known in Spain, shall present the premiere of the multimedia-musical Monsters of Grace, created by Americans Philip Glass and Robert Wilson, this year. As per the festival's own productions, Mozart's The Magic Flute, directed by Lindsay Kemp, and Porgy and Bess will once again be staged, with the participation of Orfeon Donostiarra (famous chorus from the North of Spain).
