Davidson replaces The Full Monty's Patrick Wilson, who bowed out of the Tennessee Williams play due to a movie offer that conflicted with the run of the show. Davidson joins a cast that includes Mary Stuart Masterson as Maggie, Dana Ivey as Big Mama, George Grizzard as Big Daddy, T. Scott Cunningham as Gooper, Brian Reddy as Dr. Baugh and Side Show Tony nominee Emily Skinner as Sister Woman. Directed by Mark Lamos, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof will play the Kennedy Center's Eisenhower Theatre beginning June 12. "Tennessee Williams Explored," which is currently presenting Five by Tenn through May 9, continues with A Streetcar Named Desire, May 8-30, followed by A Distant Country Called Youth, June 11-13; the aforementioned Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, June 12-July 4; and The Glass Menagerie, July 17-Aug. 8.
Jeremy Davidson has appeared on Broadway in Epic Proportions and Off-Broadway in the Manhattan Theatre Club's La Terrasse.
