Lisa Kron (Well) hosted the Off-Off Broadway awards show Sept. 22 at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Blue Man Group opened the ceremony that honored Living Theatre founder Judith Malina (Artistic Achievement Award), The New York Theatre Experience (Stewardship Award) and the Boomerang Theatre (Caffe Cino Fellowship).
