A new cast began performing The Woman in Black in London, Nov. 19.
Christopher Ravenscroft and Sebastian Harcombe appeared on stage together in the two-handed (not counting the ghost) horror story The Woman in Black at the Fortune theatre.
Adapted by Stephen Mallatratt from Susan Hill's novel, produced by PW Productions and directed by Robin Herford, the play opened at the Strand Theatre in February 1989, moved to the Playhouse in April that year and then to the Fortune in June '89, where it has remained ever since, sending a satisfactory shiver down audiences' spines.
