The 7:30 PM performance will boast the talents of Xanadu's Jackie Hoffman, Cheyenne Jackson, Tony Roberts and Mary Testa as well as Kristen Johnston, Karen Ziemba, Richard Kind, Seth Rudetsky, Jack Plotnick, Dayle Reyfel and Eugene Pack.
Celebrity Autobiography, which was created by Pack, features actors who "'interpret' the actual words and stories written by the famous and the infamous."
In a previous statement creator Pack said, "I would listen to a lot of books-on-tape, particularly autobiographies, and was astounded at what people would write about. When I would get a hold of one of these books and read it out loud to friends, they'd insist I was making it up. But people actually wrote these words! So I decided to put the material up in front of an audience, knowing that it would be extremely entertaining."
Authors featured in the upcoming edition include Ivana Trump (interpreted by Hoffman), Vanna White (Kind), Mr. T (Testa), Star Jones (Rudetsky), Kenny Loggins (Jackson), Tommy Lee (Plotnick), Sylvester Stallone (Pack); Burt Reynolds (Roberts) and Loni Anderson (Johnston); and the memoirs of Elizabeth Taylor (Ziemba), Eddie Fisher (Pack) and Debbie Reynolds (Reyfel), which are edited together to "create a Rashomon-esque playlet in the participants' own words."
