The new work is described as such: "As societal forces and our own insecurities push us toward a never-ending quest for physical perfection, along comes Cuts: An Uplifting Musical to parody today's makeover madness and help us laugh at our vanity.  This cutting-edge revue spares no cosmetic procedure and no musical genre in its scalpel-sharp dissection of our national obsession with looking young and beautiful."
