News Zoe Kazan, Paul Dano to Co-star in "He Loves Me;" Kazan to Pen Screenplay Stage and screen acting couple Zoe Kazan and Paul Dano will co-star in the upcoming independent film "He Loves Me," according to the Los Angeles Times.

Kazan will pen the screenplay for the film, which will reunite Dano with his "Little Miss Sunshine" directors, Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, as well as that film's producers, Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa. The film follows a young, successful novelist suffering from writer's block. Told to write about the woman he thinks will love him, he winds up conjuring his fantasy into reality.

Kazan and Dano previously appeared together in Off-Broadway's Things We Want. Kazan's stage credits include Angels in America; Come Back, Little Sheba; The Seagull; The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie; and 100 Saints You Should Know. Films include "Happythankyoumoreplease," "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee," "The Exploding Girl," "Me and Orson Welles," "It's Complicated" and "Revolutionary Road." Her play Absalom premiered at the 2009 Humana Festival of New American Plays at Actors Theatre of Louisville.

Dano's Broadway credits include A Free Man of Color and Inherit the Wind. In addition to "Little Miss Sunshine," his film work includes "The Extra Man," "Where the Wild Things Are," "There Will Be Blood" and "Fast Food Nation."
