Full given name: David Samuel Greenspan
Hometown: I was born and raised in Los Angeles. New York is my home.
Zodiac sign: I don't believe in astrology.
Audition song: I'm baffled at auditions when asked what I'm going to sing. They can't wait two seconds to find out?
First Broadway show ever saw: The television production of Peter Pan with Mary Martin. My father recorded it for me on his reel-to-reel tape recorder. I so loved it and knew every word.
If you could go back in time and catch any Broadway show, what would it be? There are too many; we have such a rich theatrical history.
MAC or PC? I don't like to advertise.
Last book you read: I'm currently re-reading "The Brothers Karamazov." It's very good.
Most played song on your iPod: I don't own an iPod. People listen to too much music; they don't pay attention to what's going on around them. Their minds will turn to Jell-O.
Performer you would drop everything to go see: Thespis
First stage kiss: I've never been kissed on stage.
How you got your Equity card: By casting myself in a play I directed.
Worst onstage mishap: Two dogs once chased each other onstage during a performance of a melodrama in a stock theatre. The audience enjoyed it.
Who have you played on "Law & Order"? Which edition? I don't remember his name. I spoke four words.
Pets' names: I don't have pets at this time.
Favorite junk food: I don't eat junk food; it's not good for you.
Who would play you in the movie? No one would ever make a movie about me.
Worst job you ever had: I once taught acting to seven-year-olds at a community center in the Bronx. When a girl was asked to play Grandma instead of Little Red Riding Hood, she threw herself on the floor and started screaming.
TV or commercial gig you most enjoyed: I've done only one commercial- back in 1999. I still receive money.
Who, of those you've worked with, would be in your Royal Family? I can't think of anybody I've worked with that I haven't enjoyed in one way or another. I guess everybody.
