Full given name: Kathleen Erin Davie
Hometown: Nashville, TN
Zodiac sign: Gemini
Audition song: "My Body" from The Life
Special skills: Pickling
First Broadway show ever saw: Cats
If you could go back in time and catch any Broadway show, what would it be? Just one? Off the top of my head, I was really bummed I missed Fiona Shaw in Medea.
Current show you have been recommending to friends: Toxic Avenger and Superior Donuts
Favorite showtune: I couldn't possibly pick just one. It changes daily. It was "Memory" for a long time. Maybe it hasn't changed. I'm not very committal. Can you tell?
Most played song on your iPod: "A Beautiful Mess" or "Life is Wonderful" by Jason Mraz
Web obsession: Cutebreak.com
Last book you read: "Olive Kitteridge" by Elizabeth Strout
Must-see TV show: "So You Think You Can Dance"
Last good movie you saw: "Fanny and Alexander." Ingmar Bergman film in Swedish. Wonderful movie.
Favorite board game: Scrabble
Performer you would drop everything to go see: Jason Mraz. I would have said Cate Blanchett but, with a heavy heart, I am missing her performance in Streetcar at BAM this season.
Pop culture guilty pleasure: Mariah Carey
First stage kiss: Was my first kiss ever: high school Guys and Dolls. It was wet and gross.
Favorite pre-show meal: Soup from Saigon 48
How you got your Equity card: Playing Emma in Jekyll & Hyde for Surflight Theater at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City
Worst onstage mishap: I was on The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber tour; I sang The Phantom of the Opera with a pre-recorded ending. At the end of the song as I was taking my bow, the sound guy accidentally turned the sound back up and I ended up bowing to my own pre recorded high E.
Worst costume ever: One year for Halloween I went as a TV. I made it myself. It was also my best costume ever.
Favorite junk food: Haagen-Dazs
Who would play you in the movie? Samantha Morton
Worst job you ever had: Handing out fliers in front of Grand Central for an event that day for the new Venus razor for women. The catch phrase was, "Supermodels here today!"
Leading lady role you've been dying to play There really is not one in particular. There are so many. I like to see what comes to me. I like how life surprises with unexpected roles.
