MICHAEL LEAVITT (Producer) has produced theatre, independently and with Fox Theatricals, for more than 20 years. He has received Tony Awards for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Death of a Salesman. Other productions include Jekyll & Hyde; You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Outer Critics); Picasso at the Lapin Agile (Outer Critics); Three Tall Women (Pulitzer). Mr. Leavitt was president of Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre, which he restored in 1999 and opened with Disney's Aida.
