NEW YORK STAGE AND FILM is dedicated to the development and production of new work for theatre and film. Through its annual Powerhouse Program at Vassar, SAF has provided a creative home for more than 2,000 artists including John Patrick Shanley, Jon Robin Baitz, Beth Henley, Steve Martin, Pete Townshend, Duncan Sheik, Eric Bogosian and Eve Ensler.
