SUSAN HILFERTY has designed more than 300 productions from Broadway to Japan including Wicked (Tony, OCC, DD Awards), Spring Awakening (Tony nominated), Radio Golf, Jitney, Lestat (Tony nominated), Into the Woods (Tony, Drama Desk nominations), Manon (L.A. Opera, Berlin Staatsoper). Roundabout: Bette and Boo, Assassins, Night of the Iguana, A Skull in Connemara, Cheapside. Directorial collaborators include Mantello, Mayer, Bobbie, Falls, Kushner, Woodruff, the late Garland Wright, MacDonald, Sher, Lamos, Galati, McAnuff, Ashley, Jones, McClinton, Taichman, Anderson, Rothman, Hynes, Nelson and Fugard (set/costume designer and co-director). Also designs for opera, film, dance. Chairs design at NYU/Tisch. Obie, Sustained Excellence in Design.
