FRED LASSEN

FRED LASSEN (Conductor) was the conductor for the Broadway revival of 42nd Street. He served as the conductor for the Roundabout revival of Cabaret and the national tour of Cats. He was the music director for the MTV film Wuthering Heights with music by Jim Steinman. Off-Broadway, he was the music director for the York Theatre productions of Simple Arithmetic; The Fabulist; How Now, Dow Jones; Weird Romance; and the new musical by Christopher Durang and Peter Melnick, Adrift in Macao, for which he also acted as music director for the New York Stage and Film workshop.  He was the conductor for Peter Pan at Paper Mill Playhouse. Fred can be heard performing on the cast albums of Cabaret, 1776 and 42nd Street.
