DERRICK BASKIN was last seen as Mitch Mahoney in ...Spelling Bee (Drama Desk Award). Other credits include Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida (Mereb) and the world premiere of Memphis (Gator) at the North Shore Music Theatre. He played Adrian in Smokey Joe's Cafe at Pioneer Playhouse, Matthew Henson in Ragtime at Weston Playhouse and Sundiata in Sundiata: Lion King of Mali. Derrick has a BA in biology from Hampton University. A New York resident, Derrick calls Yokota AFB, Japan, his home.
