LISA BRESCIA was last seen on Broadway as Marion Halcombe in The Woman in White, when she stepped in for British star Maria Friedman. She played the role of Amneris in Aida on Broadway for the last year of its run and was seen in the Broadway revival of Jesus Christ Superstar. Regional credits include Eva Peron in Evita at Gateway, Cathy in The Last Five Years at Skylight, Petra in A Little Night Music and Meg in Brigadoon, both at Goodspeed. For five years, she toured worldwide as a "Mama" with The Mamas and the Papas with originals John Phillips and Denny Doherty. Favorite roles in recent workshops include Milady in Chicago Shakespeare’s The Three Musketeers, Anais Nin in NYM Festival’s The Mistress Cycle and the Woman in The Good War at the York Theatre. Lisa graduated with honors from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC. Love to my partner, Craig Carnelia.
