MARC RUBEL Marc’s credits as both a writer and producer include the films Almost Summer, Xanadu, Big Business, Windy Story; the TV movies “Prince of Bel Air,” “Obsessed With a Married Woman,” “The Impostor,” “Spot Marks the X” and numerous episodic TV shows. He is the author of the novel FLEX (St. Martin’s Press) and is a recipient of the James D. Phelan Award in literature. An avid surfer, he has been the contributing editor for Surfing Magazine and writes for both H20 magazine and the Surfline website. He resides in L.A. with his wife, Maria, and their two children, Julian and Eden.
