ROBERT GREENBLATT
ROBERT GREENBLATT is president of Showtime Networks; hit shows include “Weeds,” “Dexter,” “The Tudors,” “Californication,” “United States of Tara,” “The L Word,” “This American Life,” “Tracey Ullman’s State of the Union” and the upcoming “Nurse Jackie” starring Edie Falco. He’s received six Emmy nominations as producer of a dozen series and won Golden Globe, Producers Guild and Peabody Awards for “Six Feet Under.” He also produced two Emmy-nominated mini-series: “Elvis” (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) and Gregory Nava’s “American Family.” As head of programming for Fox Broadcasting he developed such seminal hits as “Beverly Hills 90210,” “Melrose Place,” “The X-Files,” “Party of Five,” “Ally McBeal,” “King of the Hill” and “The Sopranos.” He began his theatre career in a Catholic high school in Rockford, Illinois, with Joe Mantello and Paul Castree (in 1979 or thereabouts).
