ALPHONSO ROMERO JONES II ALPHONSO ROMERO JONES II A native of Trenton, New Jersey, ten-year-old Alphonso Romero Jones II makes his Broadway debut as Young Simba. During his 2009 stage debut in A Christmas Carol, Alphonso quickly became a triple threat. He is an avid drummer and aspires to become a professional. He trains with Calvary Dance Academy and his specialty is hip hop. Currently appearing in Show Theatre Role Lion King, The Minskoff Theatre Young Simba at certain performances
