SCHUSTER/MAXWELL (Producers). Mitchell Maxwell and Alan Schuster met 18 years ago when Mr. Schuster was taller and Mr. Maxwell had a full head of hair. Since that time, they have produced Blues in the Night (1982 Tony Award nominee, Best Musical; 1987 West End Olivier nominee, Best Musical), Key Exchange, To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday; Garden of Earthly Delights; The Chosen, Bouncers, Marvin's Room (Drama Desk and Outer Critics-Best Play 1992), Oleanna (NY, London) and Jeffrey (Outer Critics-Best Play 1993, NY and San Francisco). Mr. Schuster is President of Union Square Theatre Management which manages The Orpheum, Minetta Lane, and Union Square Theatres in NY and The Royal George in Chicago. Mr. Maxwell is President of Maxwell Entertainment, whose films include Key Exchange, The Lipstick Camera, Handgun, Jeffrey, and Spin the Bottle.
