RICHARD A. SMITH With Paul Blake, Mr. Smith has co-produced Come Fly With Me, with songs by the legendary Sammy Cahn, and a national tour of 42nd Street. Prior to working with Mr. Blake, Mr. Smith spent 25 years on Wall Street with Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley. He left Morgan Stanley in 1992 as a member of the management committee after having built the international equity department into a worldwide organization.
