AMERICAN STAGE COMPANY is proud to have produced the world premiere of I Love You... as well as two other premieres by our playwright-in-residence Joe DiPietro, including The Kiss at City Hall (named best new comedy by the Newark Star-Ledger) and the current Off-Broadway production of Over the River and Through the Woods (all directed by Joel Bishoff). Founded by Ted Rawlins and Jim Singer, and under the current dynamic leadership of Executive Producer James Vagias, the newly elected President Amie Gartenberg, and an inspired staff and Board of Directors, ASC has produced over 25 world premieres, many of which have gone on to further acclaim Off-Broadway, in theatres worldwide, and on film and TV, such as Other People's Money, Swingtime Canteen and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Horton Foote's Night Seasons. ASC is in residence on the Teaneck campus of Farleigh Dickinson University.
