BERNIE KUKOFF was also a producer of DiPietro’s All Shook Up, Over the River and Through the Woods and The Thing About Men, winner of the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Musical. A graduate of The Yale School of Drama, Mr. Kukoff acted Off-Broadway as well as with the Williamstown Summer Theatre and Second City. He returned to NY after a 28-year stint in L.A., where he was a creator/producer/writer of TV series (“Diff’rent Strokes,” “The Cosby Show,” “Rags to Riches,” “Joe and Sons,” “Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour,” “Jimmy Durante/Lennon Sisters Show,” “Everly Bros. Show,” “Roger Miller Show,” etc.), over 20 TV specials (Milton Berle, Howard Cosell, Steve Allen, Phyllis Diller, etc.), TV mystery movie “Lt. Shuster’s Wife” (Edgar nomination) and the film Johnny Dangerously.
