ERIC STERN has conducted 16 Broadway shows including Follies, Parade, Carousel, The Will Rogers Follies, Gypsy and Rags and 32 recordings including Dawn Upshaw, Mandy Patinkin, Audra McDonald and Barbara Cook. He has conducted and/or recorded with major orchestras worldwide and is a frequent guest conductor with the BBC National Orchestra (Wales), known for his interpretations of Gershwin, Bernstein and Copland. He has received many Grammy and Gramophone Awards and an Emmy for his work with PBS.>
