Red Bull Theater brings Strindberg's masterpiece back to life in a savagely comic and bracingly intimate production, courtesy of a new adaptation by Tony-nominated playwright Mike Poulton.
Synopsis: Dance of Death is about Edgar and Alice, who, on the eve of their 25th anniversary, and living in a stone tower on a remote island, are trapped in a love-hate relationship. Their lives are further complicated by the the arrival of Alice’s cousin Kurt, as the couple finds they can no longer feign happiness.
